In recent years a SC Highway Patrol was recorded on film dragging a young lady out of her car face down stomping her with his knee into ground. He lost his job immediately and he should have. They are all potential murderers when they strap on that gun. This killer was judge and jury for this victim and he is a coward. A real man will not shoot when it is not necessary especially if he can physically restrain. The Highway Patrol is actually illegal not being elected like the sheriff is in each district. We have a constitutional right to use the public highways but these guys never studied the Constitution and they make law as they go along shooting & killing anything that moves. A Florida Highway Patrol stopped a lady on I-95 making her follow him to a remote area where he raped and killed her but never served a day in prison claiming to be semi insane.
